Due to a corporate acquisition, our consumer affairs team was directed to consolidate our outsourced contact center contract to the parent company’s BPO. So, we had to end our partnership with ACC Premiere. Less than 2 years later, we had easily gathered more than enough data to convince the decision makers that it was the wrong move and we needed to return to ACC Premiere as soon as possible.
